Steroidný metabolóm

V nadväznosti na overovanie vplyvu testosterónu a jeho metabolitov zisťujeme, či do patogenézy autizmu zasahujú aj ďalšie steroidné hormóny ako mineralokortikoidy, alebo glukokortikoidy. Zapojenie týchto hormónov doposiaľ nie je presne objasnené. Cieľom projektu je komplexná analýza steroidného metabolómu u detí s poruchami autistického spektra v porovnaní so zdravými rovesníkmi.
