Various methods can be used in screening. The M-CHAT R / F method is primarily intended for the age group of children from 16 to 30 months, but it can be performed at an older age. The M-CHAT questionnaire contains 20 questions to which the parent answers “yes” or “no”. The time required to complete the questionnaire is approximately 5 minutes.
