Analysis of the influence of the ASD impairment triad on cognitive deficits in children<\/strong><\/p>

\n In May 2019, the WHO officially introduced a new classification of ICD (International Classification of Diseases) 11 diseases, in which, in addition to core symptoms, the cognitive and linguistic competences of children with ASD will be decisive. By analysing the impact of core impairments in ASD on individual components of cognitive deficits, we pointed to intellectual deficit not as a comorbidity but as a consequence of primary impairments in ASD. Using the latest standard methods of intellectual capacity testing (Woodcock Johnson International Editions II), we determine predictors of intellectual development in children with ASD.<\/p>
