The second condition for completing diagnostics in our center is <strong>completion of electronic questionnaires<\/strong>, which will be sent to you in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Academic Autism Research Center focuses exclusively on the diagnosis of children aged 2 to 15<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>See the following document for more information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-file\"><a id=\"wp-block-file--media-cf7e1cfe-5c45-49f3-9319-803826d562c1\" href=\"https:\/\/acva.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/lu1089092zz7a.pdf\"><strong>Information for the project participant &#8211; child with ASD<\/strong><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/acva.sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/lu1089092zz7a.pdf\" class=\"wp-block-file__button\" download aria-describedby=\"wp-block-file--media-cf7e1cfe-5c45-49f3-9319-803826d562c1\">Download<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Based on your <a href=\"https:\/\/acva.sk\/prihlasenie-na-vysetrenie-2\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"4113\">interest in diagnostics in our center<\/a> you will be contacted by the center coordinator, who will send you an e-mail with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>basic information about diagnostics,<\/li><li>electronic questionnaires, the completion of which is a condition for the realization of diagnostics in our center,<\/li><li>a unique code for your child to use when completing the questionnaires<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Stool collection tubes will be sent to you by post in advance, also with a description of how to proceed so that the sample is not degraded,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We ask parents to come only<strong> with a child that is without acute infection \/ respiratory disease<\/strong>.
